GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Summer officially arrives on Thursday and with warmer temperatures, many of us are taking gym workouts 'outside.'

In today's Sandwich Generation Jennifer Menk, Senior Director of Fitness for YMCA of the Greater Cities, has exercises people of any age can do in the great outdoors. She says besides the normal benefits gained from exercise, working out in the great outdoors provides fresh air, vitamin D from the sun and inspiration from being surrounded by nature.
