Equity Leadership Institute Series

We’ll be offering the Equity Leadership Institute Series. This series is designed for leaders of corporations, educational institutions, nonprofits and faith-based organizations challenging leaders to reassess mental models and lead with a lens of equity and inclusion. Leaders will learn the essential components for creating new realities where all can truly thrive. Topics will include Intro to Transforming Culture, Developing Cultural Agility, Intercultural Development Inventory assessment (IDI), Understanding Identity and diversity, Implicit Bias and Systemic Oppression, Race, History, and Culture in the United States, Microaggressions  and Allyship.

Systems Change Series

We’ll be offering the Systems Change Series. This series is designed for leaders of corporations, educational institutions, nonprofits and faith-based organizations to develop an understanding of how to change systems that perpetuate inequities. Topics will include Intro to The Equity Progression Curve, Roadmap to Systems Changes, Change Model, Conditions of System Change, Creating Belonging Culture, Creating your Roadmap to Transforming Workplace Culture.
