Questions - You can contact us at 612-230-9622 or at any time, from your mobile phone, send a text message with the word "HELP" to 78527. We can answer any questions you have about the program.

To Stop the Programs - To stop messages coming to your phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS. To stop our text alerts, just send a text that says "STOP" to the short code 78527 . You'll receive a one-time cancel confirmation text message. And after that, you will not receive any future messages.

Find Your Carrier. YMCA’s Mobile Program is compatible with Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Cellular South, Midwest Wireless, MetroPCS, nTelos, Sprint, Suncom, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. To participate, the recipient's phone needs to be text messaging-enabled. We try to make it so everyone can participate but depending on your carrier, plan, and phone we can't guarantee it will work for you.
