This low-impact water workout focuses on cardiovascular training, muscle toning, flexibility and coordination. Class takes place in our heated indoor pools in shallow water. The instructor leads participants through cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements and jumping jacks. Level: All. Free drop-in class for Members.
