This high-intensity, low-impact water workout focuses on cardiovascular training, muscle toning, flexibility and coordination. Class takes place in our heated indoor pools in shallow water. The instructor leads participants through high-intensity cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements and jumping jacks. Class is in an interval format. A variety of equipment is used. Level: All. Free drop-in class for Members.
