Inspired by the combination of martial arts and boxing, Cardio Kick will boost your power kicks, improve your speed and enhance your agility. Instructors may choose to include some equipment such as jump ropes or boxing bags to enhance your workout experience. Level: All. Free drop-in class for Members.
