Through games, stories, imagination and kid friendly yoga poses we simplify a complex, ancient practice into something that is modern, inclusive, accessible and fun.  Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation/relaxation exercises we can guide youth to a deeper connection with their own bodies.  Youth learn physical skills such as strength, balance and flexibility as well as concepts such as cooperation, compassion and gratitude all while having a blast
