Fee-Based Small Group Training:  Heart rate training based off each individuals fitness level utilizing weight training and cardio mixed to target optimal training zones I.E. aerobic base where a person burns the best combo of fat and calories per minute.

Class style:
5mins cardio (bike,rower etc) to bring heart rate into zone then light weight and body weight exercises to increase fat burn then back to cardio.Row 1500m, walking lunges, spiderman push-ups, dumbbell push press 5mins biking. Record calories burned, time in zone, total calories for class participants etc. Build challenges and milestones for team.
