Beyond the cardio equipment and weight machines, members can choose from more than 50 formats of group exercise classes. Categories include:

As a Y member, you can always work out where you want. Membership grants you access to more than 20 locations in the Twin Cities metro area.

Three fitness services
Visit Member Services at your Y to schedule one of three fitness services:
- A fitness consultation helps you identify your fitness baseline, personal goals and establishes a plan to move toward improved health, fitness, or performance.
- Similar to a fitness consultation, a health and fitness assessment establishes a baseline and measurements to track progress on things like blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition and more.
- Fitness equipment orientation demonstrates the safe and effective way you (and your family—kids age 12 and up are welcome!) can use the variety of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment.
Two hours of child care
Enjoy up to two hours a day of “me” time—thanks to drop-off child care while you work out. Kids ages six weeks to 10 years are welcome.
