Diversify your fitness routine with group training
In small-group training you work out with up to eight other participants, plus a Personal Trainer. Your small group will enjoy a specialty fitness class.

This free, 12-week program is designed for cancer survivors to ease back into fitness. Get individual attention that matches what you’re able to accomplish through sessions twice a week to build strength, increase flexibility and endurance, plus boost confidence.
