Free child care while you work out

Bring your kids to the Y while you work out and they’ll have a blast at Kids Stuff—and it’s free for members.

Child care for an evening out

Parents Night Out events provide an opportunity for you to have an evening out, and for your children to have lots of fun with activities and games at the YMCA.

Family-friendly Fitness Center

The Fitness Center at each YMCA includes cardiovascular and strength training machine, stretching areas, free weights, and staff ready to help you get the most from your workout.

So that families can have a safe workout at the Y, kids ages seven to 14 are required to attend a youth orientation prior to using the fitness center. Members can complete inline by clicking here or can sign up for an in-person orientation at the Member Services desk.

Youth and Family Fitness Cards

Kids and families can enjoy diverse workouts at the Y with family fitness cards and youth fitness cards. Every card outlines an entire workout, from warm-ups to cool down stretches, and is designed to last 20-30 minutes.

  • Family fitness cards detail workouts for families with kids ages seven and up.
  • Youth fitness cards are designed for members ages 10 and up who can workout at the Y without a parent or guardian.
