Workout uses a height-adjustable step platform and uses 12 music tracks to give you a full body workout. All fitness levels. 1-hour class.

A blend of group cycle and Kranking. Full-body cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, core strengthening and full-body integration. All fitness levels.

A multi-level workout with intense intervals burns calories like crazy. All fitness levels.
